Sound Transit University Link Construction Management Services
As a subconsultant to START (a joint venture between CH2M Hill & Jacobs Engineering) and part of the Construction Management team, GHA provides a range of services in support of managing the ten construction contracts for the extension of Sound Transit’s light rail system to the University of Washington. GHA’s services include facilitation of partnering sessions, preparation of job creation reports for American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (federal stimulus) funded contracts, and monitoring/reviewing prevailing wage/wage escalation calculations for provisional sum payments.
The City of Seattle Department of Transportation – Spokane Street Widening Construction Management Services
As a subconsultant to URS, and part of the Construction Management team, GHA provides on-site staff engaged in services in support of managing the widening of Spokane Street in Seattle. GHA’s services include document management, tracking RFIs, processing payment applications, processing force account documentation and maintaining the change order management system.
